Volby VV I.ČLTK Plzeň, z.s. (dále „Spolku“) a hlasování o návrhu úprav Stanov spolku

Volby svolává Jiří Winkelhöfer do areálu I. ČLTK Plzeň, z.s., Pallova 52/19, Plzeň,

dne 14. 10. 2020, v čase 16-18h.

Volba členů Výkonného výboru spolku

Členy Výkonného výboru volí všichni plně svéprávní členové Spolku, členem Výkonného výboru může být pouze plně svéprávný člen Spolku.

Volba je platná v případě, že se jí zúčastní alespoň polovina všech svéprávných členů Spolku.

Konání voleb bude zveřejněno na www.cltkplzen.cz , v areálu Spolku, Pallova 52/19, Plzeň a rozesláním mailu na známé adresy členů.

Volební komise bude dvoučlenná: Ing. Tomáš Kotora, Lucie Pernglau – členové Revisní komise Spolku.

Členové volební komise budou mít seznam členské základny k datu konání volby a podpisové archy. Členové Spolku obdrží po podpisu orazítkovaný volební lístek. Ve volební místnosti budou vyvěšena jména kandidátů, kteří projeví zájem kandidovat do VV. Členové mohou vybrat z těchto jmen nebo napsat své vlastní kandidáty. Na lístek napíší maximálně pět jmen. Při větším počtu jmen je volební lístek neplatný. Volební lístek označí za plentou a vhodí do volební urny.

Po ukončení voleb volební komise otevře volební urnu a sečte hlasy. Členem VV se stává pět členů Spolku s největším počtem hlasů. Jejich funkční období je tříleté.

Hlasování o návrhu úprav Stanov spolku

O Stanovách hlasují všichni plně svéprávní členové Spolku.

Hlasování je platné v případě, že se ho zúčastní alespoň polovina všech svéprávných členů Spolku.

Za tímto účelem obdrží hlasující člen barevně odlišený orazítkovaný volební lístek, na který napíše STARÉ, pokud chce, aby platily stávající Stanovy, nebo napíše NOVÉ, pokud chce Stanovy dle návrhu ing. Františka Korbela.

Varianta, která bude mít více hlasů, bude platit.
